Changing our approach

The first step in finding a new approach to office design was unlearning everything we thought we knew about how an office should be built. This meant radically critiquing every aspect of design that might be otherwise taken for granted by designers.

Next, we began to start from the ground up, considering what were the truly crucial elements of office design, and which could be excluded without risk to the ability of the place to function.

Build a Responsive Team

Collaboration is key when responding to RFPs. Assemble a dedicated team with diverse skills and expertise, including subject matter experts, writers, and project managers. Assign clear roles and responsibilities to team members to streamline the process.

Generic responses rarely win RFPs. Customize your proposal to the specific needs and goals outlined in the RFP. Address each requirement and clearly demonstrate how your solution aligns with the client's objectives. Use the client's language and terminology to build rapport.
